Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with a course for any reason, we will give you a credit note or refund.
Classroom Courses / Workshops
Many of our expenses are incurred one month prior to the course. Our cancellation policy reflects the fact that these expenses cannot be recovered in the event of late cancellations. GST will be added to all published administration fees.
For cancellations received at least FOUR WEEKS before the course, you will receive a refund or credit note less a $50 administration fee.
If you cancel within FOUR WEEKS, or do not attend the course, you are NOT eligible for a refund.
If you cannot attend a webinar for which you are registered, you must cancel no later than two weeks before the webinar date (or first date of the webinar series) to receive a full refund. If you cancel less than two weeks before the webinar start date, you will not receive a refund.
Avail Leadership courses are dynamic events that combine classroom instruction with group activities. Therefore, each course has set a minimum number of participants to ensure a successful learning experience. Avail Leadership reserves the right to cancel any course that does not reach the minimum number of participants three (3) weeks prior to the scheduled start date of the course and will notify all registered participants of the cancellation at that time. We encourage participants to plan their travel accordingly as Avail Leadership is not responsible for reimbursement of travel expenses in the event a course is cancelled.
